Selden Motors

We had a great experience at Selden Motors as out-of-state buyers. The employees were great at communicating, making sure that we had all the information to comfortably buy our vehicle. We feel that we got a very fair deal on our vehicle with very little negotiating and no pressure. The car we got was well represtented and nicer than expected. The transaction and paperwork portion went fairly quickly, allowing us to get on the road back to Ohio. Would buy a car from Selden Motors again for sure!

Being 22, I definitely am not the average buyer, but here I was taken seriously from the moment I stepped foot on the lot. Showed up in scrubs (came from grad school) and was treated with professionalism and respect. Scott, Rich, and Al were incredibly cooperative and helpful through the whole process. Provided every last detail about previous history and hooked the car up to their computer to back up the maintenance records they had. When I decided to purchase, they had the car detailed and inspected. Hope to have my Audi for years to come! Thanks guys!

Guys were honest and straight up with me the entire process. Never felt rushed or pressured to buy a car. I have had several car dealers not honor the net price because I was paying cash, these guys kept their word, gave me the price I wanted and this is the big part DID NOT ADD ANY EXTRA OR INFLATED DEALER CHARGES! Ended yup buying a Range Rover great deal, amazing vehicle. I will be returning to purchase another vehicle very soon.

Well...I've been attempting to get in touch with the salesmen who sold me my vehicle for a month now, with zero return in my messages. I'll keep it brief, as they have wasted enough of my time by this point. I purchased an SUV about a month ago and had it shipped a few states away. I didn't try to haggle, I paid them the sticker price with zero negotiation. No issue there. However, I was overcharged by a couple hundred dollars on the shipping price. No big deal, thought I could call and get them to send me a check for the difference in what they charged me vs. what the actual shipping cost was...crickets, no response, nothing. I've spoken with multiple people at Selden who have assured me they would be back in touch...it's been a month, I've called four or five times. As I said, the car was fine, but I can't help but feel that the salesman pocketed the extra couple hundred bucks, and tried to wash it through the shipping price on my bill of sale, which which didn't accord with the shipping invoice I was given upon delivery of the vehicle. I have both the Bill of Sale provided by Selden, as well as the shipping invoice I was given upon delivery. I've offered to send them this information via email, but no email would be provided. Ensure you pay close attention to your paperwork when dealing with this typical car dealership.
